HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE READY?
It takes 6 – 8 weeks for everything to be ready and shipped after we’ve received your deposit.
HOW MANY LETTERS CAN I HAVE ON THE BACK OF MY JERSEY?
We allow up to 12 characters on the back. Due to position restrictions you cannot exceed 12 letters.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
All appointments with us or our sales reps are FREE. We love coming to you and showing you how we operate here at KENT RUGBY.
IS THERE A MIMINIMIM I HAVE TO ORDER?
Yes there is. We require a minimum number of 20 garments per order.
WHAT DO I DO IF THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll fix it! If anything is wrong with your order, we’re more than happy to do what it takes to fix it.
CAN I BUY AN INDIVIDUAL ITEM FROM KENT RUGBY?
Unfortunately not. Individual items cannot be purchased from KENT RUGBY. Our minimum order is 20 garments.
